The Green Technology. Art by Embreate
"What if we could save the world? Find a way to return our polar ice caps? End hunger while also using less land for food? Devise an economic system that still allowed winners, but didn’t create losers? For a Paradisian that’s not a What If - it’s a Do Now." - Paradisian Introduction video
The Paradisians operate on the belief that we have the technology and the processes to create a sustainable society right now. It’s time that we got organized and changed the world. The movement started with the Global Mind Project: an advanced predictive modelling engine that collected data to show the future impacts of climate change. The Paradisians used it to to show humanity what their choices could do for themselves and the planet and it inspired, a collection of scientists, workers, students and farmers to come together to try and change the world through pollution free transportation, perpetual energy, and plant-based diets.
By solving the resource problems, the Paradisians aimed to destroy societal barriers - it was a push for true equality and reparations. Where everyone, regardless of class, creed, or culture would control their own lives. Unfortunately, due to interferences from national and corporate powers the project fell apart. Governments grabbed control of the Project and fought over priorities while corporations, fearing a loss of profitability, spread dissent and fear over what the data collection was ultimately being used for. The final nail in the coffin was the discovery that some technology companies had secretly been providing their users data to the project. The goal was to make the most powerful tool in human history more useful - the end result was its destruction.
Though the Global Mind Project is now a shadow of its former self, Paradisian ideals and values are still popular in many parts of the world and the belief that the Earth can saved through new green developments and current sustainable measures, along with other progressive policies such income distribution and Indigenous autonomy, has made for a burgeoning populist movement.

The most idealogical of all the Paradisians, this group includes activists, protestors, and community leaders who are trying to make positive changes where they are living and globally. They are typically young, tech-savvy, and hungry for change. The pre-eminent example are the youth in Accra, the Paradisian capital, who are leading the charge in making Ghana a Paradisian world leader. The Activists push forward the most progressive Paradisian reforms including Indigenous activists putting land back reforms into motion and climate activists from the melting North. Explore the Activists.
These are the rich who use their power to realize the help realize the Paradisian vision. They are met with some distrust by other Paradisians as some still insist that they are still prioritizing profit ahead of societal change. At least they aren't Ecclesia... unless? Explore the Philanthropists.
The Librarians are the groups of archivists and historians who are dedicated to preserving human culture and knowledge. As more people continue to disavow either Earth as a planet or humanity as a concept, the Librarians do invaluable work record keeping our own existence. It is their belief that information should be free and accessible and their open source archiving was instrumental in de-corporatizing the Internet and making the Global Mind Project truly Global. Explore the Librarians.
These are the scientists working on increasingly efficient green technology and other developments to save planet Earth. Their greatest achievement was the Global Mind Project. That was before its collapse of course. Today they still tirelessly work to restore the planet and continue to innovate other predictive modelling tools. Explore the Green Scientists.
Paradisian Spiritualists find spiritual connections specifically with nature. Included in this group are Indigenous communities who have had more freedom than they have had in centuries to practice their religious teaching and advance Techno-druids who use technology to connect with nature directly.
